This deals with the careful implementation of any project to ensure not only compliance to design and standards, but to ensure that time is properly managed throughout the implementation phase. Our standard practice is to deploy as team of Project Personnel with the requisite specialization professional skills required for the project.

Each of such team is headed by a Team Controller or Team Leader who is a Management Level Staff of the Company. This team will coordinate all project works and activities on and off site and prepare regular reports to the Client and to the Head Office for assessment and briefing. This way, Clients and Management are able to keep to keep up with the progress of the Project in a proactive manner.
